Missing text directions in AI

Hello,

My illustrator was ME and used to have text direction tool in the paragraph box

and a button for digits in the Character Box,

Can you please help me to resolve this issue?

if you dont have text direction in the paragraph panel, it doesn't support Arabic ( ME languages ingeneral), you may have more than version on your device! make sure to remove all versions from your device (uninstall) before you change the preferences from CC and install again.

Since your Ai used to have Middle Eastern features enabled as you mentioned, then it is most likely that you lost these features in an update. Just follow Mohammad.Harb instructions to remove, then re-install new Illustrator copy that supports Arabic.
