mon copier coller marche une fois sur quatre sur Illustrator

Bonjour la commu! 

Je ne sais pas pourquoi mais mon raccourcier clavier copier/coller marche une fois sur quatre dans illustrator et photoshop. Lorsque je fais ctrl+c et ctrl+v tout se passe bien dans mon ordi lorsque je navigue, que je copie/colle des dossiers ou autres mais une fois dans une Illustrator sans savoir pourquoi mon raccourci clavier marche quand il veut...

Vous auriez une solution à cette énigment ?

Je précise au cas où que j'ai monter mon PC il y a quelques semaines donc c'est un nouveau PC, cela dit comme je disais, je n'ai aucun problème ailleurs que sur Adobe.

Did you try to restart your machine and run only Illustrator and Photoshop? Check if there are no other apps/utilities running.

There is nothing strange with the other apps/utilities running. It's a new computer so I don't have that many apps apart from Adobe.

OK, just to make sure nothing is interfering with the clipboard like browsers or clipboard utilities,

Bonjour, ça fait plusieurs semaines que j'ai aussi ce soucis de copier.coller , ça fonctionne aléatoirement, uniquement dans la suite Adobe, les autres programmes sont ok.

PS : oui j'ai déjà redémarré ...

Quelqu'un aurait une solution, c'est vraiment très embêtant ... merci

Does it work after rebooting and when only Illustrator is running?

Not working after many many reboot ... i have the problem since many weeks
I've already tested with only illustrator and same problem. Sometimes i can copy paste sometines not ...

And there are also no other applications running?

Can you boot into Safe Mode - does it work then?

No other 'real' application working on same time, but antivirus, ... and all little application running on background.

Sorry, but even if it's work into the safe mode, i use illustrator every day, i don't want to use safe mode every day.
I'll try with the last update > version Illustrator 28.4.1 ... maybe this bug has been corrected ?

Antiovirus belongs to those things that are known to interfere with the clipboard and the modifier keys. 

You could use a different antivirus or go through all its settings. It might actually check the clipboard in the process thius ruining it for Illustrator.

Bonjour j'ai le même problème que vous depuis plusieurs semaines, tout fontionnait comme il faut auparavant, je précise je suis sur Windows. Même constat le raccourci CTRL C / CTRL V fonctionne trés bien dans les mails, la navigation ou autre. D'ailleurs même constat via le menu Edition, si je fais "couper" ou "copier", l'option "COLLER" est grisé dans le Menu ! Est ce un bug Adobe ? Merci

We understand that encountering technical issues can be frustrating. Would you mind trying to run Illustrator under Safe Mode (Windows / macOS) and checking if it helps? Also, try running Illustrator under a different administrator account (Windows / macOS) and share your observations.

• Parallels Toolbox running with the Clipboard History
• TeamVewer Clipboard > Use Shared Clipboard
• Apple iOS device simulator from Xcode
• Windows Multi-clipboard
• Windows Clipboard History
• Chrome Remote Desktop
• Mouse Pointer Highlighter
• AnyViewer
• Pastebot app
• Overzealous antivirus (Digital Guardian) as well as viruses that empty the clipboard
• Vector Magic

If you have any of them, try and turn them off.
