Hello,
I am a licensed user of Adobe programs.
I am experiencing some problems with Adobe Illustrator. I am using the program with both English and Turkish language support.
My problem is as follows: When I need to add something to a text field in an illustrator document I am working on, it uses a different font beyond my control.

I thought I made a mistake in the extensions but I couldn't find it.
Please help. :)))

I am sorry to hear about your experience. Our product is aware of the problem and is currently investigating it. Please stay tuned for updates on the UserVoice (https://adobe.ly/40Xoikv).

In the meantime, would you mind disabling Missing Glyph Protection option in Preferences > Type or installing the latest Illustrator (beta) to see if it helps?

Check if the updated 29.2 version is available in your region. If not, wait a few days and use the workaround as suggested by Anubhav: Disable the Missing Glyph Protection option in Preferences > Type
