Need Help Script Error C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Startup Scripts CC\Adobe Photoshop

Every time that i open illustrator this message shows:

Error in C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Startup Scripts CC\Adobe Photoshop

Line 1:

I/O error

And my program crashes all the time when i am trying to export an image or when the files have 2 or 3 pictures.

Need help! Thank you in Advance

    Hello @MD: Bayazid Hasan,

    Would you mind moving the Startup Scripts CC folder from C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Startup Scripts CC to the desktop and then relaunching Illustrator to check if it helps?

    Also, try updating Illustrator to the latest version and share your observations.

    I have placed the Startup Scripts CC file on the desktop, but still the
    same problem occurs.

    Bonjour,

    Même souci de mon côté. De plus, depuis un certain temps, mon espace de travail se modifie à chaque fois que j'ouvre l'application. J'ai désinstallé et réinstallé Illustrator à plusieurs reprises mais rien n'y fait !

    Tôi cũng gặp lỗi tương tự với chủ bài viết, lỗi này báo lỗi khi khởi động và khi xuất hình ảnh cũng báo lỗi xuất không thành công. Thật sự làm tôi cảm thấy khó chịu

    Tôi có thử cách của một quản trị viên của Adobe thì đã có kết quả tốt

    Bạn có thể thử và xem lỗi còn xuất hiện hay không. Illustrator của tôi đã hết lỗi này.

      Hi @mveritom 

       

      Sorry about this hassle. In this situation, I would suggest trying complete reinstallation of Illustrator by following these steps:

      • Uninstall Illustrator using the Cleaner tool.
      • Remove the related folders from the following locations:
        C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator
        C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator 2022
      • Remove the Startup Script CC Folder from the following location:
        C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe
        C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe
      • Reinstall Illustrator from the Creative Cloud Desktop app.

       

      Please note that this process will remove all the custom settings, and Illustrator will launch with default settings. 

       

      Let us know if this helps or if you still need assistance.

      Buenas tardes, realicé los pasos pero no pude resolver el problema. Incluso instalé la suite adobe nuevamente, borrando completamente todo, pero sigue saliendo el error. De que otra manera se podría solucionar ?

      We are sorry for the trouble. I would request you to share a few details like:

      • The exact version of OS and its built number
      • The exact version of Illustrator
      • When did this start happening? Are there any recent changes made to your system? For example, any antivirus, system updates, plugins, or web extensions installed recently.
      • Would it be possible for you to compress the Startup Script folder in the Zip file from the location mentioned in error and upload it to Creative Cloud/ Dropbox or any other similar service and share the download link here with us?

       

      Also, when does this error pop up while launching the app or while using the app? Does the app close/ crash or start not responding after clicking on the "Ok" button?
