PANTALLA DE ILLUSTRATOR ESTA EN NEGRO

hola, cerré mi illustrator porque se estaba trabando y al abrirlo de nuevo, despues de cargar el programa, mi pantalla se queda en negro. ¿Alguien por aquí sabe como arreglar eso?Captura de pantalla 2023-11-10 a la(s) 12.28.37.png

I am sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind trying the following steps and checking if they help:

 

- Close all Adobe applications.

- Rename the UXP folder to UXP.old from the following location:

(Windows) Navigate to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\UXP

(macOS) Navigate to Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe/UXP

 

- Relaunch Illustrator

Me sucede lo mismo, actualice, regrese a una versión anterior, hice lo recomendado en esta respuesta, lo recomendado en el hilo donde  use AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.

Nada de esto funciono para mí.

Hello @adolfohnz,

I'm sorry to hear the suggestions didn't help. Would you mind switching to the CPU preview by pressing the Ctrl+E keys on your keyboard or from the View Menu to see if it helps?

Also, try disabling GPU performance under Illustrator's Preferences (Edit>Preferences>Performance) and share your observations.

Hi, following the steps of: preferences > performance > GPU performance, I have disabled it and if it shows my documents.

Question: how does this affect me in the future, I have an 8 gb video card?
Will I have lower performance with the GPU disabled?

Update: in my case I use AMD in both processor and video card.
In an update of the AMD Software Application: Adrenalin Editionâ„¢, in the graphics performance setting, some options make interference with Illustrator.
