Does the PDF open properly in Acrobat or another PDF viewer?
What exactly are you doing to get this dialog...e.g. are you trying to File > Open > it?
Is it just this one file or others as well?
Can you upload the pdf here for one of us to look at?

I am curious about this one...I work on a Mac OS, we have a Time Machine Backups application where we could restoring files from a previous backup. Not sure on a PC though. One time, while cleaning my wife's PC, she had a ton of these temporary files on her computer. Not sure if these files were useful or not.
There is absolutely no original files or version controls while saving these files?

This is the reason why saving often is not sufficient for safety.
You have to save backup versions of your files.
This kind of stuff should not happen, but it does happen. Is "Save in background" turned on in the Illusrator preferences? If so, turn it off.
Did your computer crash while you were saving the file?

Hello @Zain_Tariq3348,
Would you mind providing some details about the circumstances under which these files were saved or edited and the location of the files where they were stored? For example, were there any unexpected Illustrator crashes, sudden app closures, system shutdowns, or power cuts during editing?
Also, kindly share a link to a sample file after uploading it to Dropbox, Google Drive, etc., so we can check it on our end. Although we cannot guarantee a successful recovery, we will try our best to do so.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Thanks,
Anubhav
