PLEASE FIX THE ERROR "can't scale the objects. the requested transformation would make some objects

It has only been more that 3 DECADES for this error. If the bits in question are vanishly small, who cares, just delete them! This error comes up here frequently when we are scaling art to send to the proofer. There is no weay around it other that rasterizing the file which is not really an option either. We recieve lots of art that has been vectorized, & virtually every one has something vanishingly small.
