"ctrl+c / ctrl+v / ctrl+f" are not working.

Except the first try, 'ctrl+c' isn't work. But text's 'ctrl+c' is ok.

I think i did everything. Another adobe apps are ok.

I saw 2019's same question, but i couldn't solve this problem.

Try if closing other applications and clipboard enhancing utilities make a difference.

Hi. Please go to Edit > Keyboard Shortcuts and check if "Illustrator defaults" is selected in "Set".
