Reduce number of exported points (.dxf)

Hello,

I need to export (dxf) a logo (made of many paths) and continue working with it in another program.

Unfortunately, the export creates a lot of elements to approximate the paths. The following program cannot handle that many points. I am looking for a functionality to control the number of exported points.

I use Adobe Illustrator CS6.
