Hello, I've been attempting to get access to my illustrator application for about 3 days now and I've browsed through many suggestions and videos including a fresh install of Adobe CC and logging out and back into CC. No matter what I try nothing seems to work and I encounter the same error message. It is this specific application that has a problem, everything else works perfectly fine but illustrator simply will not open. Is there no number or helpline to reach out to for support or is a community post all I can do to try and figure this out?
