Why is the result different for the Revolve and Revolve(Classic) effect when the input parameters are the same?

Input parameters are:
Revolve Angle = 180°
Offset = 100px
Offset direction from = Left Edge
X = -20°
Y = 0°
Z = 10°

The orientation works differently in both effects.
