Stopping Illustrator from auto snapping to .5px
Hi all,
I was on the phone with Adobe last night to no avail, so hoping the community can help.
In Illustrator whenever I copy something with ALT it automatically offsets it by 0.5px, I am then not able to place it inline with the original object. Something drawing a new object it finished at .5px or an even more frustrating px value.
I have snap to pixel & snap to point on, as well as having tried snap to grid. I've toggled all of these on and off to no avail.
Is there a way to make it that ONLY whole number px values in both dimensions of objects & location on page are possible. This is incredibly annoying when designing posters, and wireframes for apps.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Best,
H
