Text on path not showing once exporting

Text on path isn't showing on the assets when I export them! Im using "export as" so I can change the res settings and transparency. It might be the font? As different fonts seem to work better.
The only way I can get it to work is if I select the path (that has the type on it) with the type tool and then export..

Hi Anubhav,

I just wanted to let you know that I will try the above and let you know how it goes. I also noticed Illustrator has had an update, so I will try that version first before trying an older version.

I'll get back to you soon (sorry I have a few pressing deadlines I need to finish first)

Hi Anubhav,

I can confirm that the newest version v28.6, has fixed this issue. All type on a path, exports with no problem (no matter which way you export it 😊)

There have been multiple cases reported of missing text on a path lately, but that was also visible in the file.

You can use Export > Export for Screens and change the PNG settings by clicking on the little cog wheel icon.

Unfortunately, the same issue happens when I export that way too 😫 I have tried exporting them in every way possible. I can get the text to show if I select the path (that has the type on it) with the type tool and then export..

Exporting as what? Using which options?

Exporting as a png (like the attachments, but here they are embedded 🙄)
The options are 150 ppi background colour white in a .png
The text doesn't show in the png file...
