The apps keep crashing, help (I’m on iPad)

I downloaded Adobe fresco and illistrator and every time I open them, they crashed after 2-3 seconds... I tried redownloading multiple times, restarting my iPad and erasing all data on my iPad too... please help me solve this issue, I've attached a video recording, thanks!

Helping you with this will get difficult, since the iPad is a closed shop.

We are sorry to hear about the crashing! I know that's really frustrating. 

Would you mind sharing a few details like:

  • iPad Model & generation
  • iPadOS, Ai & Fresco exact version
  • Crash logs
    Open iOS Settings > Privacy > Analytics and improvements > Analytics data on your device. You will see file names like “adobe illustrator***.ips" & "JetsamEvent-***.ips".
    Please share these files and ensure they are the recent ones you can identify with the date & time at the end of the logs.
