The shortcut ⌘ Cmd + ↑ Shift + ⌥ Option + S, isn't working? Someone else with this issue?

Hi Adobe

I had update my illustrator, I had erased it from my computer, then I had download it again, but the issue still, ⌘ Cmd + ↑   Shift + ⌥ Option + S, this shortcut is not working, Sometimes it work, sometimes it doesn't, but is the first time I have this issue. I work about 12 years with Illustrator and I don't know if my computer have the problem or is the app. Can someone help me? I have a Macbook pro Apple M1. Thank you for your answers.

One thing you can do is check the “Edit” menu and at the bottom “Keyboard Shortcuts” if the shortcut is porperly defined.

Also it is worth checking if any 3rd party software interferes with the keyboard shortcuts. And you can also try the new “Asset Export” panel for exporting for web.

There are apps that "steal" modifier keys. They intercept and take them. So make sure you reboot the computer and launch only Illustrator. Particularly no browser. Then try again. Does it work?
