Thank you for your response. I appreciate your effort to keep us informed. However, I must express some concern about the current situation.
As we approach the end of July, with only five days remaining, many professionals find themselves at a standstill in their work processes due to the unavailability of Illustrator for Microsoft Copilot+ PCs. While it's true that we could have delayed our hardware upgrades, the promise of a specific release timeframe was a significant factor in our decision to invest in these new systems.
I wonder if it might have been more appropriate to communicate a broader release window, such as "Q3," rather than a more specific timeframe that has now passed. This approach could have set more realistic expectations for consumers and businesses alike.
We understand that software development can face unforeseen challenges, but clearer communication about potential delays would be greatly appreciated. Many of us rely on these tools for our livelihoods, and the current uncertainty is causing significant inconvenience.
Could you please provide any additional insights into the expected release date? Even a rough estimate would be helpful for planning purposes.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to the release and appreciate your ongoing efforts to keep us informed.

I was looking forward to this. However, I do not see Illustrator (beta) in this list, only Photoshop. I am working on a Surface Pro 11, so it should be available. Are there any other reasons why I would not be able to install it?

Go into Creative Cloud. Then Categories > Beta Apps.
Should be there.

It's not 😞
Perhaps it's regional or due to language settings?

One step forward, two steps back. The communication with customers lacks transparency, and it's frustrating. It wouldn't hurt to at least inform us which services are available to which users. Right now, I have no clue why I can't access the Illustrator and InDesign betas. Is it because of my language settings? My country? The color of my computer? The alignment of the stars?
It feels like we're playing a guessing game here. A bit more clarity on who can access what, and why, would go a long way in improving customer satisfaction.

I contacted the author of Illustrator Beta Now Live on Windows for ARM Devic... - Adobe Community - 14776027
She mentiond that you need to have Creative Cloud in the English Locale (UK or US). I've changed the locale in my Region and Language settings to US... to no avail. Reinstalling creative cloud after changing the locale did not work as well.
I'm starting to believe there is no Adobe Illustrator on ARM.

It's August 29 and it still isn't available for desktop. Tired of using 2 laptops especially when I have a fast new laptop that I purchased just for Illustrator. Uploading files to edit in the web version is the pits, it is missing features. What is everyone else doing?

Return the new laptop and wait until new software is working. That's what I did.

When will updated, native versions of Illustrator and InDesign be released that can be run with the Microsoft Snapdragon X ARM processor? The beta versions aren't working well.

I have the same problem. Illistrator beta is rubbish.
Since I have upgraded my surface it has been extremely disappointing.
