Unable to Download Illustrator - Windows on ARM

I downloaded the creative cloud to download adobe acrobat, photoshop, and illustrator. I could download everything except for illustrator. In the creative cloud it only gives me the option to download a mobile version or access via web, but I need the app downloaded. I have a 12 core, 16 gb ram, and 512 ssd. Everything is up to date. Laptop is the new microsoft copilot.

Thank you for your response. I appreciate your effort to keep us informed. However, I must express some concern about the current situation.

As we approach the end of July, with only five days remaining, many professionals find themselves at a standstill in their work processes due to the unavailability of Illustrator for Microsoft Copilot+ PCs. While it's true that we could have delayed our hardware upgrades, the promise of a specific release timeframe was a significant factor in our decision to invest in these new systems.

I wonder if it might have been more appropriate to communicate a broader release window, such as "Q3," rather than a more specific timeframe that has now passed. This approach could have set more realistic expectations for consumers and businesses alike.

We understand that software development can face unforeseen challenges, but clearer communication about potential delays would be greatly appreciated. Many of us rely on these tools for our livelihoods, and the current uncertainty is causing significant inconvenience.

Could you please provide any additional insights into the expected release date? Even a rough estimate would be helpful for planning purposes.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to the release and appreciate your ongoing efforts to keep us informed.

Hello @GRO Business Solutions,

Illustrator (Beta) is available for download and testing on Microsoft Copilot+ PCs with ARM-based processors. Please check if the Beta tab appears in your Creative Cloud Desktop application - you should be able to install the app directly from there.

If the tab isn’t visible, you can try the troubleshooting steps outlined here: https://adobe.ly/4hzv1XT.

Feel free to reach out if you have more questions or need assistance. We'd be happy to help.

Dear,

is there any update about this topic? I'm paying a lot of money each month without being able to use Illustrator and InDesign on my Microsoft Surface Laptop Copilot+ PC 15 Snapdragon X Elite... to pause my subscription wasn't an option according to Adobe membership

The problem I'm encountering is that I can't download the apps at all! Only the Beta versions but meanwhile I'm paying for the full package several months now... when I Google when the full versions will be released they state somewhere July this year but we're already half-way July...........

I have the same problem. Illistrator beta is rubbish.

Since I have upgraded my surface it has been extremely disappointing.

When will updated, native versions of Illustrator and InDesign be released that can be run with the Microsoft Snapdragon X ARM processor? The beta versions aren't working well.

I solved the problem with Affinity Designer, faster and better than Illustrator, and Native Support to ARMx64.
