Unable to open a file in Illustrator(Error: The external module can't interpret this file.)

Hi

I can't open the files i was working on today. It's super weird, I can't find why !

Error message says: Impossible to read the file. The external module can't interpret this file.

Please help me I'm desperate !

More infos : It's a very heavy file (230mo) but i didnt have any problems before. I quit and reopen several times, didn't help. I can open other files. I didn't upgrade illustrator today.

1. The exact version of Illustrator in which the file was created and the Operating System.
2. Where is the file saved, locally or on any network or shared drive?

But all the versions of this file I saved (even the PDF) won't open
