Unable to REDO with shortcut, only works in Menu

Ctrl+Shift+Z is assigned as REDO in Illlustrator (latest) however it doesn't work, but if I use the menu, then it does.

I tried reassigning they shortcut key by clearing, and redoing it manually, but it won't take, if I try any other Ctrl Shift Key combo, it works, whether conflics arise or not, but I can't set it back to Ctrl+Shift+Z unless I reset to defaults, and even still it won't work unless I use the menu.

Hello @yash-lucid,

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with Illustrator keyboard shortcuts. Would you mind running Illustrator under Safe Mode (Windows) and checking if it helps?

Looking forward to hearing from you.
