Weird lines in pattern after envelope distort using mesh

Hey,

So I'm making a warped checkerboard pattern, by expanding the pattern and then envelope distorting it using mesh. However whenever I expand and export, and open in photoshop, there are weird dotted/ dashed lines left from the mesh... what am I doing to cause this?

Can you show the expanded pattern in Illustrator as a preview and the outline view?

Did you use Art Optimized in the anti-aliasing export options or Type Optimized?
