White Border around label

I have created a brand new label with dimensions of 2.5" by 2.5". When I go into the print settings the document and media are both labeled as 2.5x2.5, yet when I print the label it has a white border on the left and right edge. It is not a soft border, it is a hard white line. I am using an Epson TM-C7500G. The labels are on a large roll and are separated by a gap, not a black mark (not sure if this is useful info or not). I have posted about a similar issue before but that was more of a soft white line, I never figured out that issue either but I thought I would try again on this one. It is a real pain and I have tried everything that I know to do. I am not a pro at this software and I am out of ideas on how to fix it. I thought about making the media a little larger than the label to see if that would help as that is the only other thing I could think of that may be helpful.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
