How do I create an interactive email signature with up to 8 different interactive links?

1 > linked to a company logo ... 1 > linked to a specific graphic ... 4 > linked to social media icons, and

1 > linked to an email address. Then ... how do I get the signature to work on both Mac and PC email platforms? Is illustrator best? Or InDesign? Or something else?
