As per the team's analysis, this doesn't appear to be a bug but rather a result of how the heading is configured. Specifically, when a short heading is set to span all columns, and an image with text wrap is placed in one of the columns, the layout engine preserves the spacing, which can result in what looks like extra space or misalignment. Using more appropriate span settings resolves the issue and gives the expected result.
That said, I'm still happy to check in with your exact repro steps and confirm everything directly. If you're seeing a different result despite similar settings, feel free to share a screen recording or any additional file versions, and I’ll take it back to the team.

I don't speak German, and this might not have been translated correctly with the translation tools. I tried creating one and two columns but wasn't seeing changes. Is this issue specific to saving as PDF? Could you explain more about how to recreate the issue? Sorry for not understanding.

Der Unterschied im Textumfluss kann tatsächlich durch minimale Abweichungen in der Berechnung der Rahmen oder Umflussbereiche entstehen – auch wenn Text- und Bildgröße gleich sind.
Bitte prüfe:
_Ob die Randeinstellungen auf beiden Seiten exakt gleich sind
_Ob der Textrahmen exakt gleich positioniert ist
_Ob das Bild auf beiden Seiten identisch verankert und platziert wurde
_Ob Absatzabstände oder ein aktives Grundlinienraster den Zeilenumbruch beeinflussen
Solche kleinen Unterschiede können bereits dazu führen, dass auf einer Seite mehr oder weniger Text verdrängt wird. Wir schauen uns das gern genauer an, wenn du weitere Infos oder ein Beispiel teilen möchtest!

Sobald die Überschrift in einer 2-spaltigen Seite über die Spanne von zwei Spalten geht, wird versucht, den Text auf Registerlinien (oder zumindest auf die Höhe der gegenüberliegenden Zeilen) zu stellen, ohne das auf Register ausrichten eingestellt ist. Dadurch variiert der Raum unterhalb eines Bildes.
Hallo, ich habe folgendes Problem: Wenn ich einen Text 4-spaltig setze und Spaltlinien hinzufüge und dann ein Foto mit Textumfluss oben einfüge, wird auf Höhe des Fotos die rechte Spaltenlinie (zwischen der 3. und der 4. Spalte) nicht angezeigt (siehe Foto). Gibt es da einen Trick?
Hi, viele dank für die Antwort. Hatte ich auch probiert, dann muss ich je nach Text -5 bis -8 mm eingeben und dann fließt der Text hinter dem Bild weiter. Komisch ist, dass es aif der linken Seite funktioniert.
