Convert All Spots to Process Greyed Out in InDesign

In InDesign,  why can't I select "Convert all Spots To Process" ???  (the check box is greyed out)

Sorry,  I meant to say in InDesign.  I'm using InDesign and exporting a final PDF for printing.
And I'm not able to Convert Spots to Process as I usually do,  when creating the PDF

I moved your post from Creative Cloud desktop to the InDesign forum for you. I also edited your post to say "InDesign".

Are you using the Ink Manager in InDesign? Is it only in this document or in all documents?

OK Thank you very much !!   I havn't been using Ink Manager.
This was occuring only in this doc.

If you are printing to an RGB digital inkject printer, the checkbox will be grayed out.

Ink Manager should only light up when connected to a PostScript printer.

What is your printer?

Thank you Mike,   I was exporting a PDF (final art) for an external printer / litho press.
And this hasn't been occuring previuosly.  So it kind of stumped me.
(this was very late at night, so my brain was only partially on,  lol )
