Crash on launch after updating to InDesign 19.1

InDesign 19.1 crashes everytime after startup. I deleted all preferences and the folder in AppData but only a downgrade to 19.0.1 works for me.

We have started releasing InDesign 19.2, and we have fixed this issue since this is done in phases so, once available in your region, feel free to test and update this discussion if you need further assistance. Here is the link to an article with fixed issues in 19.2.

    Sorry to hear about the trouble. Please try the suggestions shared here. If this doesn't work, can you confirm the version of the operating system in use?

    Hi Rishabh,

     

    I've tried every suggestion. 

    I'm using Windows 10 Enterprise 22H2 with the latest updates.

    The beta-version from 19.1 worked without problems.

    Should I post the error report?

    Thank you for sharing the logs. I am escalating this with the engineering team and will update you as soon as I hear from the team.


    I have two users on 19.1 with crashes in Indesign and one user on 19.0.1 with no issues.
