Deleting DBSharing and DBTmp files

Am I able to safely delete DBSharing and DBTmp files from my mac without losing any important files?

These files are used for recovery of InDesign files, so if you currently don't have any files that might need recovery then it should be safe deleting these files. See the following discussion on this
