There's nothing at that link.
What end format do you mean, here? Publish Online?

I wil rather publish online or use webpublication to do it, I need an interactive publication on a corporate website.

There is no common interactive format that allows advanced features like drop-down menus that can be hosted on a private website, other than HTML/CSS. Publish Online has many features — I don't know offhand if it has anything like drop-down or accordion menus; I don't use it myself — but the documents have to be hosted from the Adobe site. There is no option to move the documents to another host. (This dependence on Adobe's good will and sustainability of the service makes it a poor choice for anything but fairly ephemeral content and clients who don't mind the "offshore" hosting.)
If your website/web document design skills are not up to creating an interactive document, your only good solution is the InDesign plugin In5, which does export complex InDesign layouts to excellent web-based format. It's a bit pricey, though, unless you have ongoing projects for it.

Thank you James, I was actually looking the In5 plugin but I can't even use the Demo version, I have to pay to try the menu builder. So, I guess that is the only way, cause throuh HTML/CSS it's not an option for me.
I found out that I can use the Webpublication extension n Indesign to Publish Online on a private website, so that is perfect, I just need to know how to create few features that are not easy in InDesign.

You told to learn more about this kind of things here: https://www.linkedin.com/learning/indesign-publish-online-
But they say nothing about this, and I paid for it.

You've asked the same question a month ago?

@Robert at ID-Tasker I wanted to know if they used another plug-in for some features since then, yes.
Do you know something about it? I am looking in object states.

You're on the right track; multi-state objects is how that is done. Just Google "indesign interactive menu" and you'll find plenty of advice on how to do it.

As @MAURICE5EDC aludes - it's Multi State Objects
