How do I set the displacement to 0 in the annotation settings using a script?

Is it called annotation settings (Or caption settings)?

I want to set the displacement data to 0.

I believe this property is not accessible to scripting, but I found a workaround here by rob day.

I didn't test it, but as I can see, the approach is: first — invoke the menu, then — set the text frame's insetSpacing property (the 1st element of the array for the top offset).

I only changed one displacement setting.
I don't seem to have found it either.

Perhaps this is mentioned.
But this should be the default setting for the preferred option.
