How to convert an InDesign to Photoshop

I can't find a way to convert an InDesign project to Photoshop without flattering all the layers into an image.

But I need the text to be editable and all the element of my design to be editable too.

Any suggestion?

Does the scritp mantain the text as text or does it convert it into an image layer?
