Try going to Edit>Transparency Blend Space and set it to RGB

I already did, and still not working.

Apologies - it wasn't clear what you have tried.
This can happen when transparency is still active within the image - for a test you can try File>Export and choose PDFX1a and save as a test file.
PDF X1a should flatten all transparency in the PDF.
But again - I'm not sure what you've tried - what file format you're exporting to - or what device exactly you're viewing on - or what application on the device called mobile.
Can you please let us know what file format or program you are using to view on mobile?

I still get the same message. I am trying to see this on my mobile phone. Using Outlook and the company's website to review.

That is just a warning - it means that your document export options is either RGB or CMYk and the Transparency Blend space doens't match.
For your PDF export options you could choose 'Interactive' and set the PDF to version 4.0 (to flatten transparency)
That should help I would imagine.
For Outlook - only JPEGS will probably work.
You can export directly to JPEG and resize it in photoshop.

Hi @rvargasff , PDF/X-1a forces a CMYK destination and does not include a color profile. For screen destinations set your Output>Destination space to sRGB, flatten the PDF (Acrobat 4 Compatibility), and include the profile.

But you can modify it
Sorry - I might be missing something else here - or maybe I'm just not being clear enough.
Thanks for rescuing the situation, again.

Hi Eugene, What you are showing should work for a browser display, but it’s not a PDF/X-1a anymore because you had to set the Standard to None in order to get at an RGB Destination and include a profile. It would not pass a PDF/X-1a preflight check in AcrobatPro, but should display correctly in any browser.

Yes, correct. That's the same issue I am getting so. What should I do? Anyone want to jump on a call and help with this?

Set your Export>Output tab to this, which is effectively the same as what Eugene is showing:
The warning you showed above happens when the blend space is RGB and the Destination is CMYK—the Destination has to be an RGB profile in order not to get the warning. It is just a warning, but if you are using transparency Blending Modes the color appearance could change significantly.

Can you share the PDF? Attach it to a reply.
Also, where are you viewing the PDF? If it‘s Acrobat close the PDF before you Export a new PDF with the same name.

Your example- .pdf was not Exported with the Output settings we showed.
The PDF includes transparency—the Compatibility was Acrobat 5 not Acrobat 4, and the Destination was to a CMYK profile not sRGB. Acrobat’s Object Inspector lists the objects as DeviceCMYK not profiled sRGB:

Hey, @rob day rob, any chance you have time to jump on a call today to help me figure this out? I still don't know what's going on. It would be much appreciated. Thanks.

I don’t think there’s much I can do on a call. Show us a screen capture of the Export>Output tab settings you are using to Export the PDF. The PDF you shared could not possibly be generated from the Output settings I’m showing above.

Guys, I need this document as PDF, not JPG because it is the main document that needs to go in the website.
The exports given are still not working, so I think it's the different color settings inside the document. That's why I wanted help reviewing the overall document to come up with a solution.

Again show us your Output settings. The PDF you posted was Exported with Acrobat 5 Compatibilty (see Document Properties in Acrobat), so we know you did not use the suggested settings.
If you are setting Compatibility to Acrobat 4, and the exported PDF is something else, try resetting your Preferences.

I need this with links, that's why.

I need this with links
Do you mean you want to include Hyperlinks? Acrobat 4 allows you to include Hyperlinks and Interactive elements—but you also did not set the Destination to sRGB, all of the objects are inspecting as DeviceCMYK

Are you attaching it as a pdf in outlook? If that's the case then export as interactive pdf.
I'm only trying to assertain the best option for you.
Can you elaborate on what you require?

Also, an Interactive PDF forces all color to sRGB, so you could try that rather than a Print PDF

Ok, so. This is the last page of every guide I am creating for a company. All of these guides go on our website as PDF as well. When opening these documents on the web through your phone, you cannot see this last page fully. It shows with no gradient and no image. Example try opening this on your phone: Eng IndX_Case Study_ Enterprise Digital Transformation for Arca Continental _6.8.23_EN (rackcdn.com)
I need to solve this and replace all the documents. Attached is the folder with links for the background only. That's why I wanted a quick call because I am lost as well. It will help to get this solved as soon as possible.
