How to link two text boxes to have the same text

Hello,

Is it possible to have the text from a box repeated on another box? 

I am looking for something like the text links created with the Alternate Layouts. but within the same layout. 

It could be used to work arround the problem highlighted in this  other question "How to have new page to Alternate Layout?" so that the page can be dupllicated ad the text link can be done manually...
