Impossible d'ouvrir fichier du cloud

Bonjour, mon document dans Indesign ne s'ouvre plus. Il est enregistré sur le cloud. Indesign s'ouvre normalement, il ouvre les documents enregistrés en local, mais aucun document du cloud. J'ai essayé sur 2 ordinateurs et le problème est le même. J'ai essayé de télécharger le document mais cela ne marche pas non plus. C'est très urgent pour la récupération de mon document merci pour votre aide !

Do you get an alert when trying to open your InDesign files stored in the cloud? What cloud service are you using? If you do get an alert when the files are stored online, do you see the same alert when you drag it down to your local system? Or do you see something different?

 

Sharing more about what's happening to you will help us help you get past the issue.

Bonjour, merci pour votre aide. Quand j'essaie d'ouvrir un fichier du cloud le fichier charge à 90% puis Indesign puis mon ordinateur fait un bruit et Indesign se ferme, sans message d'erreur ni rapport d'erreur. J'utilise le cloud d'Adobe, les fichiers s'enregistrent automatiquement dessus. Je ne comprends pas faire glisser vers le système local ? J'ai essayé d'ouvrir depuis Indesign, depuis le cloud, ça ne marche pas. J'ai essayé de télécharger le fichier du cloud, le téléchargement échoue. J'ai essayé de désactiver monn antivirus, de faire de la place sur l'ordinateur, de le redémarrer, de faire les mises à jour et de supprimer les préférences au démarrage d'Indesign... 

Hello, thank you for your help. When I try to open a file from the cloud, the file loads at 90% in Indesign then my computer makes a noise and Indesign closes, without an error message or error report. I use Adobe’s cloud, the files automatically save on it. I don’t understand dragging to the local system? I tried to open from Indesign, from the cloud, it doesn’t work. I tried to download the file from the cloud, the download fails. I tried to disable my antivirus, make space on the computer, restart it, do updates and remove preferences when starting Indesign, nothing works...

Note: While sharing the link, kindly ensure it is set to Public and the option for Save a Copy is enabled.

le lien que tu donnes ne permet pas de télécharger ton fichier.

Je vois que ce fichier pèse 797 Mo. C'est énorme pour un fichier InDesign. As-tu incorporé des liens ? Si oui, ce peut-être l'origine du problème.

Ce n'est pas possible sans l'ouvrir.

 

Mais tu n'as pas répondu à ma question : est-ce que les images qui sont dans ce fichier sont simplement importées ou bien incorporées ? Ce n'est pas la même chose. Le fait d'incorporer les liens alourdit le fichier et il risque d'être corrompu plus facilement.

Le fait qu'une image soit incorporée est le résultat d'une action faite par l'utilisateur du fichier, ça ne se fait pas tout seul. Si tu ne sais pas s'il y en a laisse entendre que non, à moins que ce fichier ait été travaillé par d'autres que toi.

 

Pour incorporer une image, il faut faire un clic droit sur le nom de l'image dans le panneau Liens (ou utiliser le menu déroulant)

LAUGA_MANDON_Charline_Etape1_Livrable_1_CadrageCG (3)

 

Try to rename the file: remove the brackets, just change the ending to  CadrageCG_3

 

Normally, this shouldn't make any difference, but occasionally special characters can wreak unexpected havoc in file management.

Gotcha. I'm curious what you're using for your cloud service. 

 

I've found many instances of errant .tmp files locking users out of their files in the cloud, and I've run across situations when the InDesign file(s) couldn't resolve links to cloud resources. But I haven't run across a case where downloading an InDesign file from the cloud to a local system would lock up InDesign.

 

If you can use the cloud service to download the file to your local system, then open InDesign and try to open the file downloaded to your desktop, and please let us know what happens, that would help immensely. 

 

My hope is that if you download the InDesign file to your desktop, then try to open it, that you'll get better results.

J'ai téléchargé Indesign 20.4.1 après le bug pour voir si ça aidait, avant j'avais la version précédente, et j'ai windows 10 mais j'ai essayé sur un mac et ça n'a pas marché non plus.

I've tested the file on my end and can confirm that the download option is still not enabled. I've escalated this to the product team, and they're actively investigating the issue now.
