Anyone else having issue with InDesign review links not working today? I have sent out a few and reviewers are getting this message. Other programs seem to be working fine.

Thanks for your patience. The problem related to Share for Review links not working as well as the missing options for commenting have both been resolved. Kindly try re-opening your links and let us know if it helps.

I have had the same issues today, it was working previously. This is detrimental for our business when we often have over 15 review links going out to different areas of the business per week. Please can this be fixed asap.

Could you try clearing your browser cache and then reloading the link to see if it helps?
Note: Clearing your browser cache may remove saved settings and require re-login on some sites.

@Anubhav M the major issue today is the link tool bar not working in the share review, please see the thread above.

It's almost like it has reverted back to an old version of the software with the only tool you can select being the pin

Has the product team said anything? I know I'm not the only one essentially dead in the water right now. When can we, the paying customers, expect a fix?

Thanks for responding Anubhav,
I've cleared my browser cache however its giving me the same issue still. The problem is also on the side of my clients - they are not able to view the review links either. Is there a way to escalate this problem to have it solved? The client is getting understandably frustrated.

YES! This is so ^#$*@#$^ frustrating!!! Except today links created prior to today are working—until they are updated after edits and new links aren't working either. Adobe, please pull it together! Can you just roll back to the version before this one because it is NOT ready for primetime. Listen to your customers!

I am having the same issue today. I've tried creating new review links but it pulls up the same error message. I still get the error message when in an incognito browser as well. I just used this same link this morning and it worked just fine.

Clearing cache and incognito is not working; the links were up an hour ago, and now everything is a 404. Please provide an update.
