You are exporting as Share for Review, there it never worked, it also says that clearly in your screenshot.

I've moved your post from Creative Cloud desktop to the InDesign forum.
What are the settings when you export to PDF?
In what OS and browser do the interactive elements not work?

Hi @MKKM. FRL,
Thanks for raising this. Could you please confirm the version of InDesign and your operating system, along with the export settings you are using for the PDF? Interactive elements such as buttons and hyperlinks only work when exported to PDF (Interactive) and then viewed in Adobe Acrobat or Reader, since most browsers and Preview on Mac do not support them fully. What viewer are you using If you are already exporting correctly and still facing the issue, a short screen recording of your workflow and the exported file would be really helpful to check with the team.
Let me know how it goes.

@Abhishek Rao He is using Share for Review as seen in the screenshot, it is in Dutch but he shows the hint that interactivity will not work in Share for review. This is normal and expected behaviour, pay attention.

Thanks, @Frans v.d. Geest and @BobLevine for clarifying this. @MKKM.FRL, the experts are correct that interactive elements are not supported in Share for Review, and the dialog box which appears at the share, is meant to indicate that.
Appreciate the correction.
Abhishek

Some of those elements work in some formats and some work in others. Without a lot more detail, especially what format you expect them to work in, there is absolutely nothing anyone can offer you in the way of help beyond guessing.

The screenshot shows he is using Share for review and he sees the message that interactivity is not supported, never has.

Yes, I know, but the post is way too short and lacking in detail. Trying to coax more info from the OP.

I could not translate the screenshot.
My questions were also trying to coax more detail. My suspicion was that the interactivity wasn't working on phones, but I was wrong on that.
