Keyboard arrows not functioning in Presentation Mode

I manually deleted my preferences files as indicated for fixing in similar discussions, however shortly after doing so the keyboard arrows stop functioning again and i cannot key-through pages.

Did you try disabling GPU Performance? Click the rocketship icon on the Application bar to get there.
