Notas al pie no se enumeran correctamente en Indesign

Hola!
Estoy teniendo un problema, donde las notas al pie no se enumeran correctamente, sea en la misma página o en distinto pliego, por más que no esté marcado ningún reinicio de numeración. Necesitaría que sean "1,2,3,4.." a través del documento. (las imágenes son de dos páginas consecutivas)

(Sorry I can't read/understand the screenshots cos I don't speak that language)

 

For footnotes I think you need to have the text frames threaded or something like that - or maybe there's an option to continue footnotes across pages/spreads. 
I'm not on my computer at the moment but if you can check if those things like threading the text frames or activating an option in the Footnote Options clears up this?
