Problem with external imported form fields in indesign file

After importing an interactive form in .indesing format into an other InDesign file and then exporting it to a PDF file, the imported page lost form field. Does enybody solved this problem? 

I need import external page with working form fields and then export it in one .pdf file.

That's exactly how it works. When you place a PDF you get the artwork, not the interactivity.

As per @BobLevine placed files with interactivity don't retain the interactive'ness'

As for your current situation - maybe there's a solution - can you share what you're tyring to do/why and maybe there is a clever way to get what you need.
