"An error exists on this page. Acrobat may not display page correctly" when create PDF from Id 15.0

After I created PDF from my artwork in InDesign and view in PDF, I found content in the first 2 pages were disappeared and informed that "An error exists on this page. Acrobat may not display the page correctly. Please contact the person who created the PDF document to correct the problem."

Left hand side: I can view the correct contect as my design but Right hand side: it could not show in PDF as preview.

So, this file could not open with Acrobat Reader from other computers as well.

Could you please kindly support this problem? Thank you in advance. 🙂

Thanks for reaching out. Would you mind sharing some more information like:

1. Version of OS.

2. Is it happening with just 1 exported file or with all of them?

3. Have you tried to convert document into IDML and then try to save it as PDF?
4. Have you tried to convert only first 2 pages to PDF?

All this information will help us understand the issue better and assist accordingly.

First of all, I would like to thank you for your support. ^__^

1. macOS Catalina version 10.15.1

2. I used to have this problem a few times, but customers could open files in their computers. However, this time customer asked me because they cannot open, too! (windows)

3. I just tried as you said ... and I can solve the problem!!! 🙂

4. Total pages of this work is 20 pages but only 2 pages that could see content inside.

After I implement 3. as you said, I had already sent the new file to customer. ^___^

This problem may occurs when a pdf file is exported from a third party tool. Its simple solution is to install libre office free version at all and open that one pdf in libreOfficeDraw, After open it you will see that you are able to read its all contents which were missing earlier. Now, just click on file and select option export as pdf-->check universal Accessability option-->export save it whereever you want.

Now your exported pdf file will open in AdobeAccrebatReader or DC also.
