Dear Adobe Support Team,
I am a paid Adobe subscriber and currently using a late 2013 iMac. Unfortunately, many of the latest applications are not compatible with my system—for example, InDesign.
I have spent quite some time searching on the Adobe website but have not been able to find where I can download the older versions of the software. Could you please advise me on how to access them, or provide assistance in resolving this issue?
Thank you very much for your support.

The only versions officially available are the current one + one previous (that is, 2025 and 2024). You can try to contact Adobe support and ask them for installers for earlier versions. If they decide you have a legitimate case, they might provide you a download link (but they might as well not).

P.S. BTW, your Mac should support macOS 11 Big Sur, so you should be able to install InDesign 2024 with no issues - it's available from the Creative Cloud app.

Hi Leo,
true. Provided the machine has enough memory.
That is 8 GB. See:

Oh, and this is for InDesign 2024:

PS: Added link to system requirements for InDesign 2024 macOS.

The latest version of Adobe Creative Cloud on the computer I'm currently using doesn't offer any other versions to choose from. However, I can find them on my other, newer computer. I'm quite puzzled.

Hi @royhoh:
And just to add to Leo's very accurate answer—you are on the Community Forum (vetted expert users helping other users). We are not Adobe employees so we can't help you bypass the N (current version) and N-1 (previous version) limitations. Only Adobe support can do that for you, and as Leo indicated, it's not likely that they will provide the installers.

The others have given you accurate answers about the N and N-1 policy but I'm going to be a bit more blunt...
You're going to need a new computer. Yours is 12-years old.

My current computer hardware is perfectly adequate for my needs. The only issue is that I can't run the software—why would I need to replace it? Sure, a new computer would meet Adobe's requirements, but this world already has far too much electronic waste. Sorry, I can't support your suggestion.
