Hey guys,
Anyone else having issues with Share for Review from InDesign? My links generate and seem to work correctly for users signed in to an Adobe account, but when setting them to Public and trying to access them as a non-logged in user I just get stuck with the spinning loading circle.
I've tested on multiple files with/without passwords with the same result, and I'm assuming it's not a problem with the files themselves as the Share for Review links were working correctly for all users yesterday.
Just wanna check if it's an issue on Adobe's end before I start getting drastic with attempted fixes? 🙂

Same problem here! I have tried everything suggested on this page: https://helpx.adobe.com/indesign/kb/resolve-share-for-review.html - but nothing helped.

Using latest version of Indesign (17.0.01) - tried Safari, Firefox and Chrome (both in private mode and normal mode).

Awesome, thanks! I also DMed Adobe Care about this on Twitter and got the following reply:
"Hi There, Sorry about this trouble. We have reported this issue to our product team. We will get back to you as soon as we will receive a response from them."

I can confirm that some issues with links in Share for Review are fixed in the upcoming update to InDesign 2022 (it's available in InDesign Prerelease for prerelease testers). It should be numbered 17.1 when it comes out. I can't give you a release date but I don't think it will be very long.

InDesign 17.1 is now being rolled out around the world in a phased release. You should see it within a week. It should solve many of the Share for Review issues.

My share review is not working and I have updated InDesign 17.2.1 and just stays stuck in pending. I've waited 30 minutes and just gave up. See image.

Yeah. Still buggy. Requiring all collaborators to have an Adobe ID is not a good workaround.

Having allot of problems viewing a pdf online through the Adobe Cloud portal under share for review. PDF pages take a very long time to load, 32 pages, 2 hours. Can you customize the share for review so pages load faster?

I'm experiencing the same problem as @jacinvega. This is taking so much time right now, and I look forward to the day when this works correctly. It will help so much!
