Shifting item co-ordinates bug

I'm experiencing a weird bug where every time I click an item in Indesign it moves position slightly.
1. Create a Rectangle.
2. Set the position to x 20mm y 20mm.
3. Click off to deselect it.
4. Click to reselect it. The position measurements are no longer the same.
Is anyone else experiencing this? It happens in the latest versions of Indesign 2024 and 2025. Snapping to grid guides and smart guides are all disabled. Illustrator works fine.
