Text frames balanced columns

I am running into issues and I need guidance, please.
I want to line up the numbered text blocks. All the numbers are anchored to the bullet symbol in the main text block. At the top of each page should list the scripture number in bold and the verse number after the colon. Going down the pages lists just the verse numbers. I have them set up to align to the baseline grid and the spine and they are all right justified in the styles.
I have a paragraph style and character style for each of the two different numbers styles. I also set up Object styles with paragraph, size and position, and anchored objects, but they do not seem to line up correctly. I am not sure how to balance the left and right-numbered text blocks so that they are equal distances from the center main text block.
Any suggestions would be great as I have struggled with this for several days, ugh!

I would align the Joob-Bible-text to the baseline grid and adapt the baseline grid to the text leading.

It's not about that - texts are already aligned to the baseline grid.

As your text isn't justified - you would need to have a different offset for the left and right pages.
It can be scripted - but I'm not a Mac user.

Hmm quite a conundrum
I've read the query a few times and I am a bit confused.
Would it be possible to share a sample document of what you have currently
Then a sample document done as a mockup style to what you want to achieve.
This way we can help you get to visually where you need.
That would be really helpful.

Are you referring to a PDF or the IndDesign doc?
Trying to line up the numbers with the scripture quotes going across and line up the numbers as if there was a decimal point going down the page on both sides equally.

But you've asked about that already??

Yes, I have tried the advice listed but I am still having issues, ugh!

Then you should rather continue there - instead of opening a new thread.

My apologies. I am new to this forum. Should I go back and continue from there now?

No problem.
It's just will be easier for others, that already participated in the old thread - to help you better with new problems - if you continue there.
Even I was initially confused and thought that you're talking about the space from the main block of text - not the vertical alignment of the numbers themselves.
Only after your last message I realised that there was a similar thread - then clicked on your nickname 😉
