Thumbnail does not show when published online and copied to Facebook Meta Business Suite

This has been happening for months and I have tried the "solutions" offered online but with no success. I am on a Macbook Pro M1 running Ventura and Indesign as a service through Adobe.

I think this is a known issue - you will have to upload a separate cover image.
