What's going on with the forum?

For the past about 12h - from about 23:30, March 14th - it's extremely slow in loading? It's like on a dial-up modem? 

 

Doesn't look like a problem with transatlantic connection as other websites from North America are loading fast.

It's intermittent. 

 

On my phone, Android + Firefox - I have a thin line at the top - progress bar. 

 

It will load to about 1/2 or 2/3, stay for 3-4 seconds, then do 2-3 quick jumps to the end and then go back to 2/3, then stay for a very long like that - or forever - with a blank page.

I've just received a notification about my own message - delayed by an hour - with the initial typos... 

 

So it looks like notifications are generated instantly - but then posted an hour later...
