Hi There,
When I publish my InDesign documents online to share for review with my client, they are automatically shared with cp_system_user@adobe.com and cp_system_client@adobe.com (see attachment). Can anyone tell me why? And where I can delete these users to share with?
Kind regards,
Dineke

Hi @Dineke van Dijk,
I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're experiencing. I tried publishing the file myself, and I'm not encountering the same issue. Does this problem occur with all files or just a specific one? Have you tried doing the same on a new file?
Could you also let me know which version of InDesign you have installed on your machine and the details of your operating system?
I'll do my best to assist you further.
Thanks,
Harshika

I have this same issue. What are these "users" in the share window?
Delete function shows failure when I try to remove them.

Hi @Kattdreams,
I’m sorry to hear you’re encountering this issue with your shared files. It sounds like a frustrating situation.
To better understand, could you please provide the details of your operating system? Additionally, does this issue occur with all files or just a specific one? If possible, please share a screenshot or video to help us better grasp the situation.
It might also be useful to check the account name in your Creative Cloud desktop app and confirm it’s the correct one. You could also try signing out of the Creative Cloud app and signing back in to see if that resolves the issue.
Looking forward to your update!
Thank you,
Abhishek Rao

The CC account is correct and I am the sole owner.
I signed out and back in with no change.
This occurs with other files.
Windows 11. InDesign 19.5. System is up to date and runs well.
I'm not the only one seeing this but it sounds like this is new to the Adobe Community.
It doesn't seem to cause problems- I'm just wondering what these other "users" are, why are they there? Is it a potential problem?

I never invited Adobe, so why can't I remove it?
