InDesign issue with 16.2.1 on Mac

Multiple users on multiple Macs are experincing issues with InDesign correctly opening and displaying files.

All on Big Sur 11.3.1 and InDesign 16.2.1.

Looking for any advice on how to solve. Again, happening on multiple Macs. Can open same file on a Windows10 machine and don't experience any issue.

See attached screen shots (Mac and Windows10) and sample file attached.

If I launch InDesign 2020 and convert the file back it looks good.

I switched off the GPU from my preferences and it solved the slow problem.

It looks like a wrong font is selected Mac screen capture, or perhaps a different version of the font.

I'm on a Mac with exactly the same Big Sur verson and Mac version, and the only errors I have are missing font (which I can't match) and two graphics which you didn't include:
