P: Bleeding color with Healing Tool

I understand that Adobe cannot give us the exact ETA and time frames, but if my memory serves me well, with critical issues that warranted a hotfix release it was kind of hinted by the reps that it is acknowledged as critical and the team is working to fix it asap. Or in this case breaking a tool with two consecutive releases is not considered critical? (and not to mention waiting for almost half a year for a fix).
If 9.3 and 9.4 did not bring any new functionality and camera support, rolling back to 9.2.1 would a bit more bearable, but in this case it's really frustrating.
Sorry for ranting, but this approach really hits the nerve and with every similar case just pushes toward moving to competition.

unfortunately not fixed, really hope that there will be 9.4.1 hotfix.
this is too much, not being able to properly use 2 consecutive updates.
@Rikk Flohr, can you please try to escalate this issue for a possible hotfix so we don't have to wait another two months?

Is it fixed in 9.4 version? It is not included in patch notes if so.

I downgraded to 9.2.1 and spot healing is working as expected again. Now I have to remember which photos I re-exported after upgrading to 9.3 as I'll need to go re-re-export them with 9.2.1 to fix them.

I know a guy who has access to the RC version of the 9.4 update (that same build will probably be released sometime next week), so I forwarded him the sample DNG from Anthony Blackett. Unfortunately results are the same as in 9.3 (what a surprise...)
So it can go 3 ways:
 - could be fixed in a couple of weeks with v9.4.1 if issue is escalated enough
 - could be fixed in v10 (October-November)
 - or they will just say 'this is the new tool behaviour, deal with it'

No updates to Camera Raw and by extension, the Lightroom clients who use Camera Raw have been released since this issue was introduced. When it is, this thread will be updated.  Please see my post from 4 weeks ago.

Another update was released recently but still this hasn't been fixed, Rikk, can you tell us what is going on?
