I´ve tried reinstalling it, but its also couldn´t solve my problem.
My system is Windows 11, 64-Bit version . All Drivers are up to date

I've had this problem for over 20 days now, and I still haven't heard back from Adobe. At first, it was files from an Insta360 OneRS camera. I went back to version V12, and shockingly, I can't export anything at all... Whether it's one of my cannons, my drones, or any image at all. I find myself blocked, and obliged to process the files in a remote office, at a colleague's place... In the meantime, I pay my monthly subscription. I'm getting tired of waiting.
I've uninstalled everything (including the preferences), reinstalled everything after cleaning with Creative Cloud Cleaner, and nothing helps. My files are no longer exportable.

I started experiencing the same problem a couple of months ago.

The fix/ workaround is NOT to have any Manual Noise Reduction applied to the image.  (Reset Luminance in Detail settings.)

For me this problem only happens with .jpg 360 pano images from DJI drone.  This was not a problem until a few months ago.  The size of these images are 8192 x 4096.

Work around - Send it to photoshop from light room to edit and just use photo shop to save it out.

14000 px panorama, and it worked well to save out as a JPG/TIFF via  Photoshop. Just for reference

Also having this exact same problem. If I took masking off I was able to export, but that doesn't help me as I need the masking. Client waiting on gallery and I cannot provide it to them.

And I've got another problem: I've asked for the XMP attachments to be separated in my folders, so that I can open them with another computer, and shockingly, the XMPs don't exist. By modifying the colorimetric profile, I'm able to export, but the modifications I've made aren't on my
images! I'm slowly getting the hang of it. My customers are slowing down, and I'm totally stuck. I just feel that Adobe is letting us down on this one.

Same! I'm a Windows user and I've spent hours online with Adobe technical support and still cannot export any images. It's very frustrating as I need LrC to work to finish edit work.

I am extremely disappointed anf frustrated with Adobe. Upon updating my Lr with the newest version of 13.0.2, I am no longer able to export any images. I've uninstalled Lr. I've reinstalled older versions in an attempt to try and export that way. I've reworked my setting and exporting configurations.

Nothing.

And worst of all, I've spent coutnless hours with Adobe support trying to find a way to get my Lr to work as it should to no avail. I was told by Adobe senior staff to 'wait for the newest update' and that it should hopefully the issue. Yet, I cannot finish my work and I'm paying for a subscription that no lolnger works. I'm voicing my frustration here and hoping that someone has a tip or trick for me to try!

Seemed that my issue was caused as my laptop didnt have a grunty enough graphics card.  Luckily I managed to roll back to V12.something.  I have since upgraded back to a PC, with no issues now.  Luckily I already had that on order.  But spent a very frustrating and embarrasing few weeks not being able to export, and send galleries to clients.

I had to uninstall Lightroom and then when I went to reinstall it told me that I was running the wrong version of windows or that I wasn't updated - so I did the update on windows, it still gave the error. I communicated with Adobe Help and they remotely accessed my computer and resolved the issue.

So it's fixed BUT I don't really know how other than I had an awesome agent help me

Also experiencing this error as of NOW! What is the problem?

Okay so figured out how to resolve this at least from what I was doing.. don't know if this will work for others.

I reset all 93 images i was working with then ensured that lens and profile corrections were off for each image. I had a preset that had turned those on and since im working with RICOH Z1 360 images there was no profile for my lens and thus the error. So reset the images, make sure lens, profile corrections are off and try to export again.

Export is working now...! Wish that error just told me "what was up" other than the most generic of all error messages: "Unknown Error"

Hey there,

This is my first time ever getting this error and I have no idea whats causing it and cant find anything online.

Ive attached a picture, but the error reads:

$$$/CRaw/Error/CannotRead=There was an error parsing the file

All my apps are up to date. I originally exported the album of 40 images, and this error came up referencing 4 of the 41 images in the album. I tried a couple thigns and tried to re export one of the images and for this same error.

Seems like its something to do with Camera Raw. Im currently on v16.0.1

Any ideas?

Thanks

The problem is a filter preset. If i choose i.e. Filter preset > Adaptiv Sky > Neon Tropen i can't export a large image. If delete rhe sky mask i can export it. If i make an own sky mask there is no problem.

Hello,

When I try to export edited files in lightroom classic I've been receiving the following error, $$$ craw error cannot read parse$. This only happens with my black and white photos that I have edited. Wondering if anyone has seen this error message before and knows how to fix this error.

Hello,

Can anyone check if this issue is still reproducible in latest LrC 13.1 version ? If you're still seeing the issue, please turn off the GPU for Export in the Lightroom Preferences and then do the export.

Thanks,
Maithreya.

@KrishnaMaithreya I just started to experience the problem on 13.0.1. Not on all exports and in most cases, if I tried it again, it worked. I upgraded to 13.1 and retried the exports I had problems with and I couldn't reproduce the problem.
