I'm affected from this bug. I tried to rename ModelZoo and let LR recreate it but it doesn't change anything. Here are the requested logs:

tu dois installer la dernière version 14.2 en attendant qu'ils règlent le problème. C'est ce que j'ai fait et tout va bien. Très facile.

Bonjour,

J'ai exactement le même plroblème depuis la dernière mise à jour (Vers le 24 avril)... Je fonctionne avec un MacBook air.

Lorsque que j'essaie d'utiliser des préréglages un message d'erreur s'affiche : " Le téléchargement de certains modèles de masquage a échoué. Veuillez réessayer ultérieurement ".

Je ne sais plus travailler et je ne trouve pas de solution...

Downgrade to the former version of Lightroom Classic and turn off auto update. It fixes the problem temporarily.

I roll back to a previous version and now it's working well. Until this situation is fix I will not update.

I’m experiencing the same issue with Lightroom Classic 14.3: 'Some Masking models failed to download. Please try again later.'
As an amateur who isn’t dependent on working quickly with large numbers of images, my temporary solution on Mac is:
Right-click the image in LR -> Show in Finder -> Right-click the file -> Open in Photoshop.
This opens the image in Camera Raw, and all presets work there (at least for me).
