Greetings all, 

 

A new update for Lightroom Classic has been released.  The May 14.3.1 update contains an update for this issue. 

If you do not see the update in your Creative Cloud Application, you can refresh it by hitting [Ctrl/Cmd]+[Alt/Opt]+[ R ].

Note: It may take up to 24 hours for your update to be available in your Creative Cloud app.

Adobe has asked that you report in which country and which language you're running LR.

 

Meanwhile, others have reported that rolling back to LR 14.2 avoids the problem.

Please help. The update Friday night seems to have messed up my LRC and now I can not edit anything with my presets or even LR presets! It says "Some masking models failed to download." I've tried clearing cache, optimizing catalog, uninstalled LR and reinstalled, turned computer off, etc. HELP

Same issue. Just updated to newest version and none of my presets will now work. Getting the "some masking models failed to download please try again". Logged in and out restarted multiple times. No solution. I really need to get this gallery edited and out and it's going to take forever to hand edit everything.

I just got mine fixed. I had to uninstall the new version and install the old one. Everything worked just as normal.

TEMPORARY FIX: I had to uninstall the newest version and install the most recent version of Lightroom CC before this newest update, everything is now working just as normal! Hope this helps.

Reverted to 14.2 which gets me out of this problem but hope they sort this in the next fix.
